Now I am ready to see those perfect french macaroons! I know you can pull it off. Oh popcorn…I do love thee. I’m a popcorn freak. I can’t get enough, I swear I snack on some every day. So glad you took the survey too!
Haha the macarons will probably happen in 2015 so don’t get too excited 😉 but I’m determined to do it! I’ve heard it’s reallly hard and that most people fail the first few times. I’m a popcorn freak too – butter, kettle, cheddar, white cheddar, Chicago mix, I LOVE IT ALL!
No I know where you would rather be right now, in a chilly Scotland with Jen! 🙂
With you on national treasure, loved that film! Have only seen the 2nd one once must go back and watch it again! made me want to be a treasure hunter!
Have a fab weekend!
Isn’t National Treasure the best?! I want to live in DC again sometime in the next five years because I get the chills when I watch that movie!
OMG, ELF!!! Love that pic!! So freakin’ cute!! Also, totally LOVE carrot cake so much and roasted sweet potatoes…YUM!! Yaaay, getting personal trainer certified!! That’s awesome!! You’re going to make a fab trainer!!! So kind and sweet and knowledgeable and fit!! GO girl! Have a wonderful Friday! I’ve missed you! Hope all is well!! XOXO
Omg I’ve missed you too! I admire your change of direction on your blog and can’t wait to see what you have in store for us 🙂
AWWW ok Imma do this soon! CHOCOLATE COVERED PRETZELS + SPINACH DIP ALL DAY EVERY DAY. I seriously could. Yay to officially getting your own place AND becoming a personal trainer soon 😀 Exciting stuff lady!
Ok if we’re ever in the same city let’s throw a party and only serve chocolate covered pretzels and spinach dip! it’ll be amaaaazing!
Great minds- I think everyone did that survey today! I love horrible bosses, too. I can’t wait for the second one to come out!
Horrible Bosses – I had such low expectations the first time I saw it but it’s now one of my all-time favorites. It’s hilarious! I go crazy when I see the previews for the next one!
If you need a taste tester for your macaroon baking experiments, I’m your girl!
I’ll gladly send you the half-dozen batches that don’t turn out perfectly – because I’m almost certain that’s how many times it’s going to take to perfect it haha
Thank you for giving me that Jimmy Fallon Gif. I needed it, so bad!
I will be your maca taste tester! I loves them.
I wish it wasn’t so spazzy but I got over it because that GIF is great. He’s the funniest human.
You lived in Paris? How amazing! I am not sure I could cope living somewhere with so much bread and cheese though haha
Well only for 4 and a half months but stilllll! I lived with a woman who only spoke French so it was the real deal, let me tell you. Plus I could see the Eiffel Tower from my room 🙂 okay I’ll stop bragging now haha but it was an amazing time
Ahhhhh you lived in Paris? Not jealous! haha!
theglowwithin.com
Yes indeed 🙂 It was amazing! I wish I could go back now that I’m a little older and have more confidence being alone.
I don’t really do dairy milk either…grew up lactose intolerant as a child and now I just don’t really like it honestly!! I love almond milk. Esp in my cereal! Annnnyyyway yeah I saw this survey on To Live and Diet in LA and I was like, I have to do it!! Maybe next week. Have a great day 🙂
Almond milk is amazing! It’s perfect in cereal – plus it’s so much lower in calories so you get to eat more cereal. Duh!
haha of course! I don’t really eat that MUCH cereal anymore because dishes and laziness but you’re so right!
this was fun. totally with you on Life of Pi but hateddddd 50 Shades…if i didn’t have to read that for a sexuality assignment, i wouldn’t have made it past the first page. lost me there. 🙂 PARIS. enough said. love that city and jealous you lived there!
Haha 50 Shades is a LOVE or LOATHE type book for sure. Paris is a love love love city though. We can all agree on that 🙂
I love Nashville and DC! Both are great cities that I would love to live in someday 🙂 Yay for moving to the city!
Oh and if you need a taste tester for the macaroons I will gladly be a volunterr!
Haha so many volunteers for taste testing! I’ll happily share the ones that aren’t perfect. Because in this case I’m striving for perfection! That doesn’t mean the failures won’t taste amazing though
I am almost finished reading Gone Girl. It has been so good so far. Paris is such a great city. I would love to go back. I have never been to Chicago. That is definitely on my list to see.
There’s a point in Gone Girl that you can’t put it down. You just have to get 150 pages or so into it. It’s amazing! Come to Chicago! Wait for the summer or fall though haha
Aw, thanks for tagging me! I’m excited to fill this out 🙂 How cool that you lived in Paris!! That must have been amazing.
I can’t wait to learn even more about you 🙂 Paris was amazing. I lived with a french woman for 4 and a half months – she didn’t speak any English so that was interesting! Plus I could see the Eiffel Tower from my room – don’t be too jealous 😉
You have lived in some amazing cities! I bet you have lots of wonderful pictures and memories.
The Doctor Diva
I do! I doubted leaving home/college for a few months (4.5 in Paris, 3 in DC, but I don’t regret it for a second). Those memories will last forever!
I loved Gone Girl the book and I’m itching to see how the new movie compares.
They were both wonderful! I loved the movie but nothing will compare to the book…after all, I didn’t know what was coming!
What a fun post! i love jason bateman too 🙂
I love his humor! I’ve loved every movie/show he’s been in
BOOYA BARISTAAA.
ohhhhhh yeahhhhhh 🙂 I loved working in food service actually. It’s so fun! There are cons, obviously, but for the most part I loved it
2 weeks time? Dude, where’s my invite to the house warming? Why isn’t Australia on your list either? Nasty. When we hang out, I’m giving you red meat.
Red meat shall never enter my body! It shan’t! haha. No but really it’s weird I don’t even consider red meat food — my mom is a vegetarian so we rarely had meat growing up but always had chicken and fish so I love that. Red meat, on the other hand…I don’t even consider it as a possibility of something to eat at this point haha. Weird right?
I thnk I am going to have to start watching Modern Family. I typically get into TV SHOWS after they have their series finale. I hated Friends until it was over, and the same thing goes for How I Met Your Mother and nOW………… I LOVEEEEEEE THEM!! So while I HATE Modern Family now, when it’s off the air, I will love it! ha ha ah!
I’m usually the same way with dramatic tv shows and music! But comedies? I try em all asap cuz I loveeeee tv comedies. They’re great to come home to after a long day 🙂 Oh, but I still hate HIMYM. Hate.
WHYYYYYYYY>!>!>!
So fun, I love reading these! Midwest represent 🙂
Haha thanks! They are really fun to read and it’s fun to share things like this with you all 🙂
Haha love this questionnaire, I may have to steal it for a future post 😉 I was thinking about getting my nasm certification this year also woohoo!
Wooo it’s a great program so far! Feel free to steal the questionnaire 🙂 it’s a great way for readers to get to know you!
The meaning behind your dads nickname is hilarious! They can be quite the funny men, huh? 🙂
Haha yeah who knew he was poking fun at me all these years
